These Terms of Service govern your use of yourincubators.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

Products and descriptions

We describe our incubators as accurately as we can, including temperature ranges and tray capacity by species. Capacity figures for species other than chicken depend on egg size and on how the rollers are set, so treat them as ranges rather than guarantees. Product images are representative; minor differences in colour or finish between the image and the item you receive are possible.

An incubator is equipment, not a guarantee of a result. Hatch rates depend on egg fertility, egg handling and storage before setting, and how the machine is run. We publish guidance to help, but we do not warrant that any particular number of eggs will hatch.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken at checkout.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if the item is unavailable, if the price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, return rights and refund timing are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy. Those documents form part of these Terms.

Risk and ownership

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

Safe use

Incubators are mains-powered heating devices. Follow the instructions supplied with your unit, keep it on a stable surface away from water and flammable material, and do not modify it. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by use that departs from the manufacturer's instructions.

Warranty

Every incubator we sell is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the delivery date. If the thermostat, the fan or the turner motor fails within that period, email us with your order number and we will repair or replace the unit at our cost.

The warranty does not cover damage from drops, liquid inside the base, use outside the stated temperature range, or normal wear to consumable parts. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the warranty above, and except where the law says otherwise, the site and the products are provided as is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost eggs, lost hatches or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, guides and layout on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or republish them commercially without written permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to submit false or misleading information.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in this clause removes any consumer protection you have under the law of the state where you live.
