The display reads in Celsius. Your target is 37.5 °C, which is the same thing as 99.5 °F — but if you want to read Fahrenheit at a glance, this is not the unit for you. Everything else about it is straightforward, and the included guide walks a first-time hatcher through a full cycle.

What do I set the temperature to?
Set 37.5 °C, which equals 99.5 °F, for chicken, duck, goose and turkey eggs. Only the number of days changes between species — the temperature does not.

What are the two water bottles actually for?
They let you hold two humidity levels in one machine. In practice most people use both for the same level during days 1–17, then fill both to raise humidity for lockdown on day 18.

Is this a good first incubator?
Yes, if you are comfortable reading Celsius. Twenty-four eggs is a forgiving first batch, the turner removes the step people most often get wrong, and the candler is built in.

When do I stop the turner?
Stop turning on day 18 for chicken eggs and raise humidity to 65–70%. Those last three days are lockdown, and the lid stays shut.

Unplug the incubator and let it cool before cleaning. Wipe the shell and the clear dome with a soft cloth and warm water with a little mild soap, then dry completely. Never submerge the base, and keep water away from the heating element and the fan.

Clean the tray and the water channels after every hatch. Shell fragments and membrane left behind are what cause bacterial problems in the next batch. Let every part dry fully before you store the unit.

Every incubator is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the delivery date. If the thermostat, the fan or the turner motor fails within that period, contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace the unit at our cost.

The warranty does not cover damage from drops, liquid inside the base, or use outside the stated temperature range.
