Description

Sixty-four eggs is the size at which guessing stops being affordable. Four species presets set temperature and turning for you, and a fifth constant-temperature mode is there for when you know better than the preset.

Why breeders pick this one

  • Four presets and one manual mode. Chicken, duck, goose and pigeon programmes adjust temperature automatically through the cycle. Constant mode lets you set your own figure and hold it.
  • Nine rollers, all adjustable. Reset the spacing to the egg you are actually setting rather than working around a fixed tray.
  • Turning every 90 minutes, water on its own. The motorised turner prevents embryo adhesion; three water spaces and automatic filling keep humidity from sagging.
  • Runs through a power cut. Dual 110V and 12V clamp-wire compatibility keeps the cycle going when the grid does not.

Read this before you order

Pulse heating brings the unit to temperature quickly and then holds it rather than overshooting and correcting. That matters most in a room whose own temperature swings between day and night — a garage, a barn, an unheated spare room.

The day counter records the incubation day automatically, which is more useful than it sounds when you are running staggered sets and need to know which tray goes to lockdown first.

Common questions

Do the presets replace knowing the settings?
They set temperature and turning for that species, which removes the most common setup error. You still control lockdown yourself: stop turning, raise humidity to 65–70%, keep the lid shut.

Can I run staggered sets in one machine?
Partly. Different set dates work, but a single unit holds one humidity level, and lockdown needs a higher one. Serious staggered hatching wants this as the incubator and a second smaller unit as a dedicated hatcher.

What hatch rate should I expect at this capacity?
Roughly 75–90% from fresh eggs out of your own birds and 50–75% from shipped eggs. At 64 eggs the difference between those two figures is around twenty chicks, which is why breeders favour their own flock over posted eggs.

How do I know a preset is actually holding?
Run the unit empty for 24 hours before setting and watch the display. If it holds your target overnight without drifting, it will hold it with eggs in.

Care & cleaning

Unplug the incubator and let it cool before cleaning. Wipe the shell and the clear dome with a soft cloth and warm water with a little mild soap, then dry completely. Never submerge the base, and keep water away from the heating element and the fan.

Clean the tray and the water channels after every hatch. Shell fragments and membrane left behind are what cause bacterial problems in the next batch. Let every part dry fully before you store the unit.

Warranty

Every incubator is covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from the delivery date. If the thermostat, the fan or the turner motor fails within that period, contact us with your order number and we will repair or replace the unit at our cost.

The warranty does not cover damage from drops, liquid inside the base, or use outside the stated temperature range.
